Help with Mr Word Draw

Common questions

My progress is gone. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before; progress is saved to that account. Guest progress lives on the device it was played on.

The game says I am offline. Mr Word Draw needs an internet connection. Check Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again.

A purchase did not arrive. Open the shop and use Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
